About Echona

A spectacular event celebrating talent, creativity and unity all-encompassing technical knowledge as well as cultural essences. The on-campus biggest festival of the year embracing a vibrant desert carnival theme, transforming the campus into a mirage of colors and excitement.

Pleasant evenings full of sandy hues, exotic decorations and a fusion of traditional desert elements with technically modernized carnival flair. It’s the journey into a festive oasis under the starlit night.

A fest that also serves as a platform for collaboration, bringing together students from various disciplines to share and celebrate their passions. It's a time for excitement, learning, and fostering a sense of community within the college.

General Guidelines of ECHONA 2024


  1. The Entry fee of ECHONA 2024, for each day (12th &13th March, 2024) is mandatory for any student to enter the premises of Anand ICE Jaipur. The entry fee will include witnessing all the events of Echona 2024, including Nikhil D’souza concert, Samay Raina show, and DJ night (only for students).

  2. If any student would like to participate in any one of the competitions of ECHONA 2024, then he/she has to pay the event’s registration fee, along with the entry fee. For example, if anyone wants to participate in Rock the Floor (Solo), then they have to pay Rs 150 (registration fee of Rock The Floor) + 300 (Entry Fee) = Rs 450. Kindly refer to the ECHONA’s Rulebook for the registration fee of all the competitions.

  3. Bilingualism is supported – consequently, some events are in English, while others are in Hindi. (Refer to the event rulebook)

  4. Some events run parallel to each other, which means one participant can only compete in one of them.

  5. While we encourage everyone to participate as much as they can, you may choose to be an audience member/spectator instead.

  6. The registration fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, be it for participants or audience.

  7. All participants and the audience are expected to always carry two forms of identification – government and institutional/college ID - with them. Failure to produce both might result in barred entry.

  8. Carrying any sharp objects, inflammable items and/or any other objects with the potential to threaten, harm, or injure anyone is strictly prohibited. These items will be confiscated, and your entry may be barred.

  9. Consumption, distribution, and/or attempted selling and purchasing of alcoholic beverages or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

  10. Anyone found or suspected to be under the influence of any such substance may be barred from entering or asked to leave the premises immediately.

  11. All participants and the audience are expected to maintain appropriate decorum and discipline throughout every event.

  12. Any acts of intimidation, harassment, violence, and/or general disruptive behavior towards fellow participants, faculty coordinators, volunteers, and/or judges will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the premises.

  13. Any content/language that is designed or perceived to be offensive towards any nationality, ethnicity, race, religion, language, caste, gender, and/or sexuality will lead to immediate disqualification.

  14. The decision of the judging panel is final in all events and is not subject to further review.

  15. The decision of the Management's security and discipline committee in such cases is final and will not be subjected to any further review.

  16. If a person enters the premises, he/she is not allowed to leave the premises, as re-entry will not be allowed.

  17. You are not allowed to shoot video of Samay’s performance.

  18. Seal will be for all general access, and wristband for VIP. Seal should be marked on the hand of students; if a student is found without a seal on his or her hand, he or she should be asked to leave the campus.
