Registration Policy:

• For RTU/ BTU authors, it is compulsory to mark faculty/student from RTU as the first author for the exemption from registration fee.
• The Kit will be given to only 1 person and certificate will be given only to authors presenting the paper.
• Registration Fee includes Kit, Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks only during the conference.
• Registration Fee does not include accommodation charges. It can be arranged on prior request by the delegates on payment basis in hostel for limited seats.
• The payment of registration fees as applicable can be done only through Wire Transfer.
