Training & Placements

Training and Placements at Anand-ICE is an integrated unit that plays a prolific role in creating an environment that is suitable for students to groom themselves and strive for better jobs.

There is always an amalgamation of intent and skills that some of the best trainers download to their trainees. At Anand-ICE, Training and Placements go hand in hand and their modus operandi is networked to create the perfect environment for both.

We at Anand-ICE look at the function of T&P as interdependent parameters. We have standardized procedures that make sure that our budding engineers do not leave anything to chance.

Talents barely go unrecognized at Anand-ICE, Jaipur as we leave no stone unturned, to train our students and then place them.

Training, as we call it, is an instruction that leads to learning the various modes of carrying out a task which may or may not be a standard operating procedure but which finally transfers a skill set to the learner. Placement may mean using those skills to perform on a platform and secure remuneration for a job to be carried out. We at Anand-ICE, look at the function of Training & Placement as interdependent parameters. We have standardized procedures that make sure that our budding engineers do not leave anything to chance.

Alumni Mentoring Program

Anand-ICE has been the hallmark of some unique experiments, which have resulted in exemplary results and very gratifying outcomes. The latest being our initiative to include our alumni in the very strategic student placements. The college approached its well-placed students and gave them an idea on mentoring our present students on the intricacies of corporate life and how they can deal with the most radical situations as professionals.

It must be mentioned here that our old students have now been working in some of the most distinguished corporate houses worldwide and have proved themselves as irreplaceable assets to their respective organizations. This approach has been a stupendous success for the job-seekers as well as for those youngsters who have made up their minds to join government services. There is one mentor over 6-8 students. This not only gives the mentor a comfortable grip over his fledglings but also make it easier for them to get first-class and transparent know-how from their mentors. A cross-cultural corporate overview is what this program aims at and this is exactly what it has been successfully doing.
