A four-day induction program ‘Chrysalis 2026’ was successfully organized for newly
admitted students at Anand-ICE, Jaipur. The objective of the program was the all-round
development of students along with developing leadership skills, teamwork, creativity, self-
confidence and professional awareness.
The Chief Guest of the program was Mr. Manish Gupta, Founder and Chairman of INA Solar,
and the Guest of Honour was Mr. Ankit Dhir, Founder and CEO of HabileLabs Private
Limited. The Chief Guest, Mr. Manish Gupta, inspired the students to have faith in their
abilities and to keep moving forward towards their goal. He also highlighted the growing
utility and possibilities in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electric Vehicles and
Renewable Energy in the near future.
Guest of Honour Mr. Ankit Dhir inspired the students not to limit themselves to just getting
a good job, but to move forward towards creating employment opportunities for others
through start-ups. He also explained the importance of four major areas – Finance,
Administration, Manufacturing and Marketing – in the success of a start-up.
The Vice Chairperson of the college, Ms. Monika Mittal Agarwal, made the students aware
of the importance of developing new skills along with academic activities. She inspired the
students to score good marks and also to identify their own capabilities and interests and
move forward in the right direction.
During the four-day program, various interactive activities, motivational sessions, Art of
Living, Zumba, Alumni and Entrepreneur Talks and many other activities were organized
for the students. Corporate Law expert Nivedita R. Sarda and Emotional Fitness Coach
Gazal Dandiya shared their experiences with the students and provided guidance regarding
career, mental health and personal development.
The college’s alumni Gargi Ahuja (Celebal Technologies) and Jagruti Garg (AI Developer,
iZOOlogic) also interacted with the students, shared their professional experiences and
informed them about future technological possibilities and career options. Meanwhile,
Anshul Kalra conducted a special session on meditation and pranayama and Akash
Khandelwal on financial awareness.
The Principal of the college, Prof. Vijay Kumar Sharma, Vice Principal Prof. Praveen
Agarwal, Program Co-ordinator Prof. Anil Dhawan and Prof. Sanjana Chugh along with
other faculty members were also present in the program.
