A four-day induction program, “Chrysalis 2025,” was inaugurated at Anand International College of Engineering, situated at Agra Road, Jaipur. The first-year students and their parents were welcomed with a ’tilak’. The program began with the lighting of the lamp and a ‘Saraswati Vandana’. Prof. Vijay Kumar Sharma, Principal-Anand-ICE, welcomed the Chief Guest, Lt. Col. Joginder Singh Lamba, Director of ‘Parivartan,’ a Centre of Excellence in Higher Learning & Life Skill Development, and Guests of Honor Mr. Vipin Jain, Testing Head & Project Delivery Manager at Metacube Software Private Limited, and Ms. Vanshika Jangid, Senior Operations Manager at Dotstark.and extended his best wishes for a bright future to the students and explained the importance of a healthy routine for becoming good engineers.
Prof. Praveen Agarwal, Vice Principal-Anand-ICE, welcomed the students and, by using an inspirational story, explained the importance of success through collaborative effort.
The Chief Guest, Lt. Col. Jogindra Singh Lamba, explained the importance of interest, focus, and comprehension for success in a student’s life and motivated teachers to guide students according to their interests and abilities.
Guest of Honor Mr. Vipin Jain emphasized the need for students to focus on skill development in addition to getting good marks in exams. Guest of Honor Ms. Vanshika Jangid inspired students to adopt the guidance of their teachers in their lives and explained the importance of respecting them.
At the end of the program, a memento was presented to the Chief Guest, Lt. Col. Jogindra Singh Lamba, and Guests of Honor Mr. Vipin Jain and Ms. Vanshika Jangid. Prof. Anil Dhawan and Prof. Sanjana Chugh, Program Coordinators, informed the students about the upcoming academic session and explained the relevance of the sciences in engineering branches.
