Salute to the Nation’s Heroes : Anand-ICE’s ‘Sainik Kalyan Scholarship’ Gives Wings to the Dreams of Martyr Families

In a profound gesture of gratitude toward the brave soldiers who sacrificed their  lives for the nation’s security, Anand International College of Engineering (Anand ICE), Jaipur, has launched a commendable initiative. The institute recently  introduced the ‘Sainik Kalyan Scholarship’ scheme, offering up to 100% scholarship  for engineering education to the dependents of CRPF personnel who were martyred  or passed away during their service. This facility will be available for a limited  number of seats.

This scheme has emerged as a beacon of hope for families whose lives were altered  in an instant. Anand-ICE believes that for families who have made the ultimate  sacrifice for the nation, the responsibility for their children’s education and future  lies with society and its institutions.

Beyond Tuition: Focus on Holistic Support

The college administration has also ensured that students receiving this scholarship  will be provided hostel facilities at subsidized rates. This aims to reduce the financial  burden, allowing students to focus entirely on their studies without any economic  anxiety.

Scholarships Across Other Categories

In addition to the ‘Sainik Kalyan Scholarship,’ the college has established scholarship  provisions for various other categories of students. The goal is to enable more  meritorious students to access technical education and contribute to the vision of a  Self-Reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat).

“This is not just a scholarship; it is our tribute to the nation. It is our moral duty to  ensure the education of the children of heroes who sacrificed everything to protect  the country.” — Monika Mittal Agarwal, Vice-Chairperson, Anand-ICE

A Compassionate Initiative

This step by Anand-ICE is not only a positive move in the field of education but also  sends a strong message to society: the families of those who sacrifice for the country  are never alone. Through the ‘Sainik Kalyan Scholarship,’ the college has proven that  true national service happens not just on the borders, but also within classrooms  and campuses.
