The Transport and Road Safety Department of the Rajasthan Government organized a Road Safety Campaign under the "Surakshit Safar Yojna" at Anand International College of Engineering, Jaipur. The event aimed to spread awareness about road safety measures and responsible driving habits among students and college staff. The program commenced with the welcoming of esteemed guests. Prof. Vijay Sharma, Principal, encouraged students to wear helmets regularly for their own protection. Prof. Praveen Agarwal, Vice-Principal, appreciated the initiatives of the Rajasthan Government, Transport Department, and Prof. Anil Dhawan, Programme Coordinator, applauded the efforts of Muskan Foundation in promoting road safety. The guest speakers Shri Ram Kishore Meena, Motor Vehicle Inspector (RTO-Jaipur) and Mr. Sushil Pradhan, Program Officer (RTO-Jaipur), educated students about transport rules and regulations, emphasizing the importance of extending immediate help to accident victims. They motivated students to play an active role in building a safe road culture. A special highlight of the event was a quiz competition on road safety and rules, organized by Mr. Sameer Nainawat, Project Coordinator, Muskan Foundation for Road Safety. The winners were awarded ISI-certified helmets by the dignitaries.
