Rules For Annual Sports Meet 2020
- Colleges are requested to forward their confirmation on participation through mail along with details of the team by Feb 12, 2020.Mail id: aac@anandice.ac.in
- Every participant shall be with his/her college ID. No participant will be allowed without the same.
- The registration amount will be INR 1500/- per team per event (which includes lunch).
- We do not take responsibility for players having scheduled clashes in multiple events, being bound by the limited time constraint and having to conduct numerous events in that time frame.
- Team size for football will be nine a side.
- Prize Money – I Prize- 5000/- II Prize- 2500/- [for Intercollege events only]
- Note: Minimum number of team required for competition is four.
- Any participant or observer will not be allowed to enter the premises without ID card of his / her college.
- Registration to all sports can be done in advance or on the spot.
- Decision of coordinators and umpire of each sports will be final and binding on all participants in any matter. No dispute regarding the results shall be entertained.
- Intra- College Events included Zumba, Basketball, Athletics, ThrowBall, Football, Cycle Race,Badminton,Tug of War,Vollyball, Kabaddi,Indoor games(Chess,Carrom,Squash,TT,TT(mix doubles).
- Inter College Events are Volleyball, Kabaddi & Football.
- Team should be in proper discipline.
- College / committee has all the rights to do the sudden and required changes in the planning of the tournament or during the tournament.
- College / committee is not responsible for any disputes during the tournament.
- Consumption of liquor or any other intoxicant or smoking or performance enhancing drugs is strictly prohibited.
- All the rules and regulations of the sports should be strictly adhered to.
- Any team or team member, if found involved in physical violance will be directly disqualified from the tournament and immediately removed from the campus.
- Neither travelling allowance nor accommodation will be paid to the participants.
