About
The Electric Vehicle Lab was established in the year 2020-2021 under the Department of Electrical Engineering for undertaking basic research and development in the field of EV Technologies. This Laboratory has been recognized as Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Electric Vehicle in 2021 by the Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.
CoE offers a holistic approach towards understanding the EV technologies and to address the related challenges by conducting fundamental research while working along with the industry and other stakeholders. The Laboratory comprises 920 sq. ft. facility that is dedicated to accelerate the pace of research and development in the fields of motor controllers, EV chargers and battery management systems
This Laboratory provides a platform for the undergraduate students from various institutes in doing their industrial training/internships. It also helps the post graduate students and research scholars to acquire guidance from the experts in EV technologies. Moreover, the lab also supports hand-on sessions while conducting national/international short term training programs and workshops in the department.
We welcome collaborative research with academic institutes, student’s startups and the industries.
