Transportation

Transport facility is for complete one year. However, if any student Opts College Transport for only one semester, 60% of the Annual fee will be applicable.

The Anand-ICE Management has introduced a scheme for its female students,wherein they can avail the college transportation facility free of cost. Following are the guidelines for the same:

1. The scheme is applicable to all the female students of Anand-ICE for the session 2023-24, subject to the availability of seats in the buses.
2. The transport facility can be availed only from the already existing routes.
3. The priority will be given to the regular users of the transport facility.
4. The free transport facility is available on the first come first serve basis.
5. The female students need to register for this facility, in order to avail the same.
6. Registration for transport facility does not provide guaranteed seat in a bus.

1. The students/Faculty/Staff Members who want college transport facility should give a request in written along with photo to the Transport In-Charge at the beginning of the academic year.
2. The boarding place should be written clearly in the request form.
3. College bus routes are drawn and decided based on convenience while ensuring that no route is long maximum to one hour.
4. Transport User should consult Transport In-Charge for any necessary details or for any changes that are desired.
5. This facility is available at first come first serve basis. If there is no seat available Transport User has to check for another bus route available or need to make alternate arrangements on their own.
6. The Transport Identity card should be worn by the Transport User before boarding the bus and should be worn at all times till the completion of return journey.
7. Transport User is allowed to use only allotted bus and bus stop. There is no provision for temporary change in bus or bus stop.
8. Transport User who miss the allotted bus should not try to board any other bus.In such cases it is the responsibility of Transport User to reach College/Residence.
9. Under no circumstances Transport User will be allowed to go and sit in the buses parked in the college campus, during college hours.
10. No object should be thrown inside or outside the bus.
11. Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited.
12. The Driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.
13. The Drivers are authorized to stop buses at designated stops only.
14. Transport User will have to carry Transport Identity Card every day and present to Faculty In-charge on request.
15. Transport User will be present at the designated bus pickup point at least 5 minutes earlier the scheduled arrival of the bus. In case Transport User not found at bus pickup point, then bus will not wait for such User.
16. If there is any change in the address of any Transport user then it is the responsibility of Transport User to provide new address in written to Transport In-Charge to make change in bus route? The changes in route will be possible only based on availability and feasibility. The changes shall become effective only after the Transport In-Charge grants written permission.
17. At the time of departure of bus from the college, all transport user shall take their seats before the departure time. In case any Transport User not found in bus at the time of departure, then bus will not wait unless instruction received by authority.
18. The Transportation Fee should be paid in the beginning of the session and the fee once paid will not be returned under any circumstances.
19. The Transportation Fee will be revised every year due to cost of fuel and other operating costs.
20. All the Transport Users are expected to be aware of the transport rules and ignorance of the same will not be an excuse for any dispute claim.

Note: The College authorities reserve the right to change, alter and amend any of the rules mentioned above at any point of time and it will be binding on the Transport User. Everyone is advised to obey & respect transport rules. Anyone found not obeying these rules would be liable for penalty and Management can take serious disciplinary actions against the Transport User.
