The National Science day was observed on the 28th of February at the Anand-ICE campus. Prof ShigeruKanemitsu from the Kindai University Japan and Prof KalyanChakrabortyfrom the HCRI Allahabad were the keynote speakers. Quiz Competitions,Debates, Working/Non-working model demonstrations and poster presentations were a part of the one day long celebrations. The celebration concluded with citations and the awarding of medals &certificates to the participants. The National Science day is celebrated in India on the 28th February each year to commemorate the Raman Effect which was discovered by DrCVRaman. Prof Praveen Agarwal, Chief Coordinator ofthe program thanked everyone for the grand success of the event.
